Spring, Summer and Fall Rate (March thru December) - $175.00 per day Winter Rate (January and Feburary) - $150.00 per day

Weekly Rate (Anytime of Year) - $900.00 per week plus all deposits

Pet Fee - $25.00

Pontoon Boat Rental - 150.00 per day plus oil & gas (Will require a credit card left with attendant or $150.00 cash to ensure no damages of boat and a full tank of gas & oil filled up upon return) Private boat tours available. Rates are a minimum of $50.00 for 2, and each additional person over the 2 is $20.00 per person, children ages 6 thru 12 are $15.00 and children under the age of 6 is $5.00.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Addional guests beyond 4 is an additional $25.00 per person per night (kids free).  All Rentals Require a 2-Day Minimum and Holidays Require a 3-Day Minimum. Rental Deposit of $175.00 Required. Pet Deposit - $50.00 Cancellation Policy -Holiday Weekend Cancellations must be made within 7 days of reservation date to receive refund of your deposit and all other Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of reservation date to reveive refund of your deposits.
